Players from the Beaver Valley Nitehawks and the Trail Smoke Eaters switched their skates for running shoes on Wednesday afternoon for a game of ball hockey with clients and volunteers from Career Development Services (CDS) and Trail Association for Community Living. The mid-afternoon event saw two teams going head-to-head in the alleyway behind the CDS offices and included a barbecue for spectators and players who worked up an appetite.
