Fruitvale Liquor Store Robbery - September 16, 2016
On September 16, 2016 at 0900 hours a male entered the BC Liquor Store in Fruitvale BC brandishing a handgun. The male made off with a significant amount of money. About a hour later police arrested 2 males and one female in the area of Bay Ave in Trail. A imitation handgun was recovered as well as a large amount of cash. All three persons are well known to the police and are in custody. The investigation in ongoing.

Sgt. Darren Oelke of the Greater Trail RCMP confirmed the Fruitvale BC Liquor Store was robbed either late Thursday or early Friday morning.
Three suspects were arrested downtown.
