A worker is perched high above the 100-foot north tower of the Columbia River Skywalk. Installation is complete on the 30-foot addition which will allow workers to use a high-line across the river to continue the bridge construction. Watch for signs next week restricting boat access along the river while the main cables are stretched across the Columbia River.
