It is with overwhelming sadness and grief that we announce the tragic and undeserving passing of our son and brother, Adam Huston on June 15, 2014 in Edmonton, Alberta.

Adam was born on April 18, 1987 in Trail, BC and lived in Fruitvale, graduating from J.L.Crowe in 2005. He was actively involved in all sports from the age of 5, excelling in everything he did. His true passion, however was hockey and he was the unofficial spokesman for the Vancouver Canucks.

Adam was never one to sit idle. He started working at fifteen, determined to build his wealth and get his butler. He continued to work locally until he moved to Kelowna after graduating to begin his electrical apprenticeship. There he created a whole new network of friends, never forgetting his original friends. He moved to Calgary in 2012 where he continued his work as an electrician and amassing even more friends.

Adam had a way of making an impression with everyone he met. He was generous to a fault, helping all he met in any way he could. He was extremely loyal to his friends and family. If friends were money he would be a millionaire.

Adam leaves behind his parents Randy and Donna and his brother Logan. He is also survived by his grandma Margaret Conn along with his uncles and aunts Scott (Barb) Huston, Roger (Starla) Huston, Kellee (Bob) Woods, Kelly (Maureen) Conn, Melinda Conn (Al Lewis), Bill Hryhor, Rhonda Conn, Casey (Linne) Sovran, Jennifer (Ovi) Marcon and James Conn. He is also survived by his numerous beloved cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandpa and grandma Mel and Doris Huston, his grandpa Joe Conn, his aunt Brenda (Conn) Hryhor, and his uncle Dale Pedersen. Also very special to Adam were his buddies Sugar Ray and Lily.

A Celebration of Adam’s life will take place on Friday June 27th at 1:00pm at the Fruitvale Memorial Hall. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
