Amy Collins was born November 13, 1920 in Springside, Saskatchewan to Jack and Doll Jenkins. She passed away on January 23, 2014 at the age of 93.

Amy was happily married to Harry Collins for 53 years and they had 8 children together. Harry predeceased her in 1994. She was happiest surrounded by her family, and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

She leaves behind her sister Marjorie Laube, her sister-in-law Doris Jenkins, her daughters Shirley (Don) Taylor, Alayne (Leo) Matzner, Karen (Bill) Duncan, her daughter-in-law Grace Devaux, her sons Howard (Shauna), Chris (Brenda), 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous precious nieces and nephews.

Amy was predecease by her parents, her brother Kenneth, her sister Mary, her brother-in-law Herb Laube, her husband Harry, her sons Garth, Raymond and Larry, her son-in-law Nick Nagyi, and two great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Montrose Hall. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014 at 1:00 pm in Osoyoos. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
