Bernice Harmeson (nee Santori) passed away suddenly in her home on Monday, August 6th. Her son was present at her side. Always proud to be a Rossland girl, she had recently turned 90.
Bernice will be remembered by most who met her and truly missed by those who knew her. Her best friend and husband 'Del', who passed away all these years ago, can now relax, although his dancing shoes better be ready, she's been waiting ... to smile again.
Bernice, aka Brick (or Torchy) will be remembered for her originality, zestfulness, sense of humour ... all the ingredients that made her her. Those who love her treasure a kind, humble woman who cherished her family, her home and through her travels abroad, learned tolerance.

As per her wishes: a 'Celebration of Life' Service will be held at St. Ann's Church at 11:00 am on Friday, August 17th.
No Flowers Please. A Memorial Tribute can be offered instead to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
