Bernice Wagner was born on February 23, 1919 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and passed away peacefully on March 31, 2017 in Trail, BC.
She is predeceased by her husband Adam and also her granddaughter Carrie.
She is survived by her children Leroy and Willard (Merle); her grandchildren: Leonard, Sheryl, Randy, Scott (Kerry) and Corina (Dale); her great grandchildren: Adam, Aaron, Quintan, Tylan, Keaton, Alexys, Hannah, Derwin and Ryan as well as one great great granddaughter, Heidi.
Bernice was a very active lady, playing softball in her younger years and then later getting involved in both golf and carpet bowling right up until her mid-nineties. Her greatest love however, was her grandchildren and great grandchildren. All of the kids loved their time spent with Grandma B.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 11:00am at the Fruitvale Curling Rink. Gwen Ziprick of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.
