Bruce Watson

The family of Bruce Watson would like to express their sadness at his passing. Bruce Edmond Watson was born in Trail, BC on November 23, 1922 and passed away peacefully on June 29, 2014 at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, BC.

Bruce joined CM&S at the age of 16 and retired in 1978. Bruce served in the Royal Canadian Navy during WW2. Bruce loved to wheel and deal. He moonlighted at Trail Chrysler and achieved membership in the Master Salesman Club of Chrysler in 1965.Bruce loved Christmas and always showered us with presents. His favourite pastime was gambling. After his retirement he and Jeannie enjoyed time in Nevada.

Bruce loved his family and especially delighted in his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Bruce was predeceased by his beloved Jeannie and his son Terrill.

Left to mourn his passing are his children Sue Adair (Doug), Sally Watson and Keith Watson (Sherry) and grandchildren Laura Adair (Ross), Robin Gilbertson, Amy Adair (Matt), Sarah Watson (Darren), Alyssa Biller (Ryan) and Emily MacIntosh (Kiel). Also saddened are his 9 great-grandchilden.

We would like to thank Wee Care for making it possible for Dad to enjoy his final years in his home. Also, thank you to Dr. Smith and the staff at KBRH.

No service will be held as per Bruce’s wishes. Al Grywacheski of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
