Mickey passed away peacefully on May 17, 2014 at Castleview Care Home, at the age of 82. He was born in Combermere, Ontario on June 20, 1931.
Survived by his wife Jeanne of 48 years, son Daniel (Roseann) of Powell River, stepdaughter Deborah Ranson (Tom Zirk), brother in law Jack Maunn and nephew Jesse all of Merrit; grandchildren Lucas, Andy, Katelyn and Brandon as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many great friends.
Mickey loved anything outdoors: hunting, fishing, flying, golfing, prospecting and gardening.
