It is with great sadness we announce the passing of David Gordon Bruce after a very short battle with lung cancer. Dave never wasted a single day in his 57 years of life. He was a man of strong character and unique personality. He was sure of himself, reliable, and kind. Dave loved the Beatles, camping at Whatshan Lake, sledding and quadding into Redfern, Muncho Lake, and Laird Hotsprings. He was always planning the next adventure. No trail was left unturned. Fort Nelson was a very special place for Dave.
