It is with great sadness the family and friends of Ed Kryski are mourning his sudden passing on the evening of Friday, April 10, 2015. Ed is survived by his sister Shelley Verdon, his son Terry (Wendy), daughter Donna, son Kirby (Joanne), and son Ken (Christine), as well as grandchildren Terri, Sarah, Karina, Chris, Rebecca, Felicia, Nicole and great-grandchildren Justin, Jordan, and Kendra.

Ed was born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan on March 17, 1930. He graduated from St. Joseph’s College on May 23, 1948. Soon after college Ed moved to Trail, BC to work for his brothers Al and Frank at an auto body repair shop. Ed soon left the shop to get a job at West Kootenay Power Co. selling home appliances. He then worked for Eaton’s for 25 years and when they closed he finished his career at Home Goods Furniture.

Ed was married to Mae Hardy on June 18, 1951 and they would be together for 61 years, raising a family in Trail, BC.

Ed was a very religious, kind, and loving man who vowed to give his family the best life possible. He will be remembered in the community as a very well respected, honest salesman who treated all fairly and respectfully.
