Emilia Volpatti (nee Innocente) of Trail, passed away on April 1, 2017 at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. She was born in Zoppola, Pordenone, Italy on November 28, 1925.
Emilia was predeceased by her husband Luigi and her son Robert. She is survived by her family; Thom (Debbie) and daughter-in-law Linda, her grandchildren; Christie (Dan) Jago, Amy Volpatti, David (Carli) Volpatti, her great-grandchildren; Lucy, Alex, Noah, Sam and Ben.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 10:30 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish with Father Bart van Roijen, Celebrant. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
The family would like to thank the staff at both Rosewood Village and Poplar Ridge, the home care nurses, as well as Dr.’s Fisher and Baxter.
