It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kathleen (Kathy) Francis Gall of Castlegar on August 14, 2017, at the Vancouver General Hospital, with her partner Gerry and her brother Michael by her side.
Kathy was born in Castlegar on February 6, 1959, where she was raised and spent most of her adult life. She is survived by her love, Gerry Milliard, her brother Michael Gall (Kathy McCauley), her niece Claire Rosehill (Tyler Rosehill), and nephew Patrick Gall (Nicole Wentzel), great niece and nephews Bailey, Charlie and Jack, and many friends who were family. She is preceded by her parents John Gall and Anne Franceis (Mikulaskik) Gall, her sister Maryanne Gall and brother Robert Gall.
Kathy will be remembered for her radiant smile, bubbly personality, and her infectious laughter. She always had an amazing positive outlook on life, with care and compassion for everyone she knew.
A celebration of life will be held at the Castlegar Community Complex 21016 6th Ave. Castlegar on September 17, 2017 at 2:00pm.
Her passing has left a huge hole in our hearts, but we fill it with loving memories.
