Louis F. P. Trevisan passed away in Thousand Oaks, California on June 13th 2018 at the age of 95.  He was born in Trail British Columbia, Canada to Peter and Emma Trevisan.  

Louis skied, played soccer, hockey and was an avid swimmer.  In 1942 -1946 he served in the RCAF,  in Canada and England.  Upon his return to Canada he joined the Trail City Police force and was the last surviving member.  In 1950 he served in the B. C. Provincial Police force as well as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

In the early 1960's he relocated to California, USA and gained employment at MGM Studios as a lab technician and supervisor in the film editing department, where he retired in 1986 after 25 years.  After his retirement, he acted as campus supervisor at Newbury Park Highschool for 23 years. 

He is survived by his wife Lillian (nee Kidston), son Peter (Heather), daughter Wendy Tomaneck (John), sister Eleanor and brother David (Claudette) of Penticton, B. C.  and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Predeceassed by his parents Peter and Emma, brother Robert & wife Janet.  

Funeral service to be held at Conejo Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Cemetary Monday, June 25, 2018 at 12:00 PM.
