It is with a heavy heart that we as a family announce the passing of our wife, mother and nana, Marjorie Elaine Piccolo (nee Bailey) on June 1, 2018 in Trail, BC at the age of 76 years old. Elaine was born in Rossland, BC on February 25, 1942.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Alvin, her daughters Janet (Bruce) Moffat and Sara (Ron) Gattafoni and her son Paul, grandchildren; Jordan (Karen), Taryn (Nicholas), Max, Spencer, Paige and Hannah, great-grandchildren; Zoey, Zachary and Kaeden, as well as many extended family members. She also leaves to mourn her dog of 13 years Charles.
She was predeceased by her mother Marjorie Bailey, her brother Maurice Bailey and her sisters Marnie Adams and Marie Tavaroli.
Elaine was a long-standing member of the Catholic Women's League. She grew up in Rossland before marrying the love of her life Al and moved to Trail to start a family. She enjoyed camping with her children and grandchildren and traveling with her husband to many locations around the world especially Hawaii.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 10:30 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, Trail with Father Ron Dechant, Celebrant. Interment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery, Rossland. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Al and Elaine's children would like to thank their Dad for all the care and love he provided to their Mom over her illness. Some people in this world talk the talk but Dad walked the walk. We are so forever grateful. We Love You Dad!
