Died on March 15, 2017 at the Trail Hospital. He was born in Virden, Manitoba on February 19, 1931.
Melvin is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sheila Kendrick, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, 1 nephew, and extended family.
At Melvin’s request there will be no service. Interment will take place in Virden at a later date.
