Passed away on March 21, 2017 at the age of 71. Survived by his loving wife Lynn Bailey, daughter Rhonda (Bob) Saunders of Trail, BC, son Rick (Angela) Bailey also of Trail, BC, grandchildren James, Andrew, Kayla, Tyler and Corey and great grandchildren Nathen and Naomi. Also survived by his brothers Don (Darlene) Bailey of Kaleden, BC and Bob (Donna) of Trail, BC and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Evelyn and father Walter Bailey.
Norm was born in Trail, BC on May 26, 1945 and he died in Kelowna General Hospital on March 21, 2017.
He worked at Cominco for 40 years and in his spare time, watched hockey and baseball, read on his computer and danced with his dogs.
Norm’s favorite saying was “Ya Right” regardless if you were right or wrong. When you asked him for the time, he replied, “Its Howdy Doody Time.”
His two favorite places were Andy and Virgi’s backyard in the summertime and the Arizona desert in the wintertime.
He loved life, his family and living!!
