It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Winter of Fruitvale. His death occurred following complications of Guillium-Barre.
Bob was born in Nelson, September 8, 1945 and passed away at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on January 31, 2018. Bob was raised in the Pend d'Oreille and area around the Nelway Border.
Bob was a very supportive husband and Father to Brandy and I. We will miss you so much Bob. Your sense of humour and kindness goes beyond the pale.
He loved his job as an Excavator Operator for Glover Contracting and he also worked for Emcon as a Snowplow Truck Operator. He will be greatly missed.
Bob was predeceased by his parents Edna and Ray Winter. He is survived by his wife Joyce and daughter Brandy, both of Fruitvale as well as his sisters Elsie Patrick and family of Penticton, BC and Marjory Winter and family of Regina, Saskatchewan.
We love you Bob and we will miss you always.
