It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and nonna on August 16, 2010.
Teresina was born in Aurava Italy on September 21, 1921 and immigrated to Canada in 1951. She raised her family in Trail and worked at Cominco from 1980-1986. From 2003 until her passing, Teresina lived in Coquitlam.
She was predeceased by her husband Attilio (1978), daughter Jill (2001) and 10 siblings. Teresina is survived by her daughters Louise and Joyce (Shane); grandchildren Tristin, Brennan, Chad, Carey, Breanne and Kevin; brother Giovanni; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church on August 30, 2010 at 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation.
