I am nine years old and live in Fruitvale area A.
I am writing this letter to say thank you to all the property owners in this area who have opened up their land so people can explore all what this area has to offer for its outdoor recreation.
I would really like to see more. Like more mountain bike trails in the Fruitvale/Area A location, a walking trail to the Beaver Falls site, and a ski bus for the Champion Lake cross country trails as well as one for the Salmo Ski Hill on the weekends.
Since moving here six years ago from Squamish, BC, my family has really enjoyed what this area has to offer, from mountain bike riding, hiking trails, camping, fishing, skiing and snowmobiling.
I believe expanding this area’s outdoor activities would bring more people into our area to visit.
I love living here. I think it’s one of the best places to live. Thank you for your time.
