Backed by a strong performance by veteran ace Darrin Kissock, the Trail Sr. Men’s Orioles defeated the Calgary Wolfpack 9-5 in Game 3 of a three-game series at Butler Park on the weekend. The O’s dropped the opening matches Saturday in a pair of exciting pitching duels by scores of 4-2 and 4-3. However, the Orioles found their bats on Sunday with Joey Underwood getting the rally started with a double to left-centre, and shortstop Joel Graf doubling off the Wolfpack runner after Kissock made a great stab off a line-drive back to the mound to snuff out a Wolfpack rally in the fourth inning.

The Wolfpack tied it at 5-5 in the fifth but a sac fly by Josh Moisson scored Graf for the winning run in the sixth.
