David Dudeck recently spotted this colourful visitor in his yard.

“Luckily this feathered beauty seemed content to sit on my fence for quite a while,” Dudeck said.

He added that while he is reluctant to offer identification for flora and fauna, his Merlin Bird App identified the bird as a tree swallow.
