City of Trail’s John Howes (left) and Andrea Jolly got a jump start on Silver City Days Thursday morning by posting the events schedule in the Cedar Avenue kiosk, for the upcoming “A Homecoming Celebration.” The Trail tradition kicks off May 3 with the Citizen of the Year Award being presented to Keith Smyth. Food and market vendors will set up the following day, Miss Trail takes centre stage on Friday, entertainment runs all day Saturday in the Sidewalk Cafe, and Family Day is slated for Sunday at Gyro Park.
