The Trail Association for Community Living (TACL) celebrated its 65th anniversary at Gyro Park on Tuesday. Music, face painting and games were all part of the event celebrating the association’s role in providing support for people with significant barriers. What began as an organization to provide opportunities for children with developmental disabilities grew over the years to provide a variety of services providing life skills for all ages.
