The Nelson and District Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to attend an all-candidate meet and greet at the Adventure Hotel banquet room on Wednesday April 23 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The event will be set up as a hybrid Business After Business event, with general mingling and buttonholing of candidates in a social setting between 5 and 6 p.m.
Then, between 6 and 7 p.m. a podium and microphone will be set up to allow all the candidates a three-minute intro to themselves and their policies.
The chamber will also have a series of questions developed on federal policy and each candidate will be asked to draw a question, with two minutes to speak on the topic.
