“We had a great time at the Trail and District Public Library’s Amazing and Aging Seniors Fair last week,” said Claire Samulak from the City of Trail.
The city’s Official Community Plan Committee hosted a booth where attendees discussed Trail’s future.
“Mayor Colleen Jones, Councillor Thea Hanson, and Keith Smyth were actively engaging with local seniors about the Official Community Plan update,” Samulak added.
Key topics included housing supply, affordable housing, complete communities, connectivity, regional partnerships, a vibrant downtown core, supporting local businesses, climate resilience, cultural opportunities, and more.
