Greater Trail Hospice is helping caregivers.

Do you support and provide care for a friend or family member who is 55+ years old?

Caregivers can often feel very isolated and alone, and that is why Trail Hospice is very excited to announce their Caregiver Support Program; a program designed to meet the needs of Caregivers.

We offer in person meetings and online support groups, 1:1 support, social activities, guidance and resources.

"Our goal is to help caregivers maintain their mental, emotional, and physical health so that they can continue caring for their care-recipient (spouse, partner, parent, friend or neighbour),” read a release.

"We would love to have you join us for our Caregiver Support Group on the first and third Thursdays of the month from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Trail United Church lounge."

Please call to register at 1-888-212-2337 or email Trail@wkbcaregiver.org.

Services are free of charge sponsored by the BC government, Kootenay Boundary Regional District and the United Way.
