Helena Street, between Bay Avenue and the alleyway that runs between Bay and Esplanade avenues, will be closed to traffic until Wednesday, April 26. The closure is necessary to accommodate equipment needed for the installation of steel beams and related construction of the Trail Riverfront Centre. Signage for alternate traffic and pedestrian routes are on site, the city requests all motorists and pedestrians to take extra caution when passing through this area.
