Trail RCMP responded to a three vehicle accident on Highway 3B at Devito Drive Friday afternoon.
A westbound GMC Suburban was proceeding through the intersection on a green light when an eastbound Dodge pickup turned left in front of it to go onto Devito Drive.
The impact of the collision caused the Dodge to roll onto its side and slide into the Toyota, which was waiting at the intersection for a red light.
Surprisingly, there were no serious injuries resulting from the accident beyond soreness resulting from being restrained by seatbelts.
The driver of the Dodge pickup was issued with a traffic violation for failing to yield to the oncoming Suburban.
