Washing Victoria Street before Victoria Day

Emcon workers are on the Victoria St. Bridge this week washing away the sand and gravel.

Emcon workers are on the Victoria St. Bridge this week washing away the sand and gravel that collects on the structure over the winter. The sandbags are used to help trap the washed up debris to avoid it going into the Columbia River. The sand and gravel is then collected in buckets and removed from the area.
