A charge of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking is being recommended against a 22-year-old man who was arrested at a West Trail home Tuesday at about 9 p.m.
He has been released on conditions to appear in Rossland Provincial Court May 10.
Approximately one pound of marijuana was recovered after Trail Crime Reduction Unit investigators obtained grounds for a search warrant following a prior arrest of a 22-year-old man from the same home on an unrelated matter earlier that day.
