It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Albert who passed away February 8, 2011 at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. He was born May 9, 1930 in Trail B.C. Albert along with Olive have devoted their lives to special needs children. Albert was an avid photographer who loved taking pictures of flowers and birds.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Olive, son Willie, brother Jim, sister Mary, sister-in-law Doris and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, brother Leonard and children Robbie, Nicole and Joey.
Donations may be made in Albert’s name to Alpha House, 1681 Bay Ave. Trail, V1R 4R7.
Celebration of Life for Albert will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Carberrys Funeral Chapel with Jim Sturgeon officiating.
Al Grywacheski of Personal Alternative Funeral Services is entrusted with arrangements.
