The family of Al Lloyd regret to announce his passing on July 14th,
2011 at this home in Salmon Arm from pulmonary fibrosis. He was born
in Rossland, BC on December 1st, 1936. He is predeceased by his
parents Jack & Gladys, his sisters Phyllis McMillan, Nina Persson,
Eileen Casagrande and brothers, Tom, Jack, Bill, Ron, nephews Buck
McMillan, Curtis Lloyd, Jay Lloyd and nieces Lorette Clipperton and
Laura Sanders.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Phyllis, son Ed,
daughter Andrea (Chuck), grandchildren Jesse, Janine (Brendan) and
great grandson Aiden. Brothers Bob (Marie) and Gordon (Dorothy) and
numerous nieces and nephews. Al so enjoyed his 20 years of
retirement, golfing all summer and snowshoeing all winter.
