Sovran, Attilio, born July 17, 1922 in San Martino al Tagliamento, Italy, passed away on August 31, 2011 in Trail, BC.
He lived his faith and loved his family, friends, his garden and music. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Colombo Lodge, the San Martino Club and the Italian choir.
Attilio is survived by three children: Lorraine (Blair), Valerie, and Linne (Casey), seven grandchildren: Drew, Amy, Lindsay, Murphy, Kye, Alison and Harley, two step-grandchildren: Eddie and Donna, two great grandchildren: Taya and Klover and five step-great grandchildren: Carly, Daryl, Taylor, Kiley and Ryan.
He was predeceased by his parents, Lino and Linda, and his beloved wife, Eleanor (2008).
A Prayer Vigil will be held Wednesday, September 7 at 7 p.m. at St. Anthony’s. Funeral mass will take place Thursday, September 8 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony’s. Reception to follow downstairs.
