The family of Beverly Ann Forbes sadly announces her passing on December 5, 2015 at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital at the age of 80.
Bev was born in Trail on June 22, 1935. Throughout her life she had many jobs helping others. Mom enjoyed knitting, puzzles, reading novels and watching old movies.
She is survived by her daughters Sandra D’Andrea (Ron), Kathy Lee (Gerald), her brother Jamie Forbes (Franca) and their children, Christine, Diana and Melissa, her sister Linda Grant (Don) and Doug. She is loved and remembered by her grandchildren: Michelle Martin (Ben), Amy Klit (Jarett), Justin Lee (Nami), Craig Lee (Alexis), her great-grandchildren: Grace Martin, Jorja Kapral and Tobio Lee, cousins: Reg and Cliff Grandison from Vancouver, extended family Dean Keast (Linda) and Naomi Penner (Terry) and their families from Kelowna as well as many friends from Jubilee Place and good friend Marion Manson.
Beverly is predeceased by husband Charlie George Keast, son Charles David Keast, aunt and uncle Bernice and Dave Montgomery and grandmother Dora Boyes.
The family would like to thank the ambulance attendants and E.R. staff for their genuine concern for Mom. Thanks also to all the nurses and staff on the 3rd floor who cared for Mom’s needs. Thanks to Dr. Tucker for Mom’s care throughout the years and also to Home Support.
