Gordon, Clyde (Sr.) William (Squeaky), long-time Rossland resident, passed away quietly in his home at the age of 74 on May 15, 2011.
Clyde is predeceased by his wife of 52 years on Nov 13, 2010, grandson Travis Gordon, parents John and Holly Gordon, brother John and Sister Joyce. Clyde will be sadly missed by his children Clyde Gordon Jr. (Carol) of Rossland and Deanna Gordon (Bruno) of Fruitvale, granddaughter Amber Gordon (Rossland), and sister Alice (Pete) Chiko of Port Alberni plus numerous nieces of nephews. Clyde will always be remembered for his sense of humour and love of shooting pool, fishing, hunting and fixing almost anything.
As per Clyde’s wishes there will be no service. A family and friends gathering will be arranged at a later date for both Clyde and Edythe. Al Grywacheski with Personal Alternative Funeral Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Clyde’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation at 200-1212 West Broadway Vancouver, BC, V6H 3V2.
