It is with deep sadness that the family of Dale "Scooter" Leschiutta announce his unexpected passing on June 1, 2021 at the age of 72.
Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Ernie Leschiutta, Dale will be lovingly remembered by his son David, former spouse Marian, sister Darlene (the late Leo), nieces Leanne and Melissa, nephew Darryl (Priscilla), great-nephew Luca and great-niece Mya, his dear friend and companion Jane as well as numerous extended family and close friends.
Dale was very passionate about Aviation and the Rodeo. Through organizations such as Northlands, CPRA and Horse Racing Alberta he dedicated his time to enriching the Rodeo's culture and communities. Dale was also a well-respected Pilot and retired a Captain for Air Canada after having the honour of working for many reputable airlines.
