He is predeceased by his parents, Antoinette and Robert Widener.
Dannie is survived by his two daughters, Rebecca and Amy and his five grandchildren.
Dannie enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, playing guitar and visiting with friends. He had a gentle heart and a kind nature; he was always reminding people that he loved them. He will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
