It is with great sadness that the family of Elsie announces her passing on
November 7, 2016. She was born on July 19, 1932 in Hercules Alta. She will be missed dearly by her daughter, Debra (Ken) Colcomb of Langley BC and son Darryl (Pam) Healey of Airdrie Alta., 5 grandchildren, Nicole, Jeremy, Alexander, Hayley, Joshua and her great grandson, Brayden. She will also be missed by her sisters, Edna Bansescu and Gwen Fowler, many nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Ray, her daughter Linda Plamondon, her sisters Lydia Campbell (Cranbrook) and brother Lawrence Miller (Fruitvale).
She cherished the special times she spent with friends and family at Christina Lake for the past 60 years. Elsie will be forever loved and never forgotten. She will hold a special place in our hearts forever.
In respect of Elsie’s wishes, there will not be a funeral service. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private celebration of Elsie’s life this summer.
