Enid Shiela Scott (nee Marsters) was born on March 17, 1926 and entered in to rest on March 11, 2013.
Enid grew up in Rossland and remained in the Golden City her entire life. She married James Scott on December 12, 1946 and together they raised three children. Enid enjoyed her family and her hobbies included knitting and crocheting. When the grandchildren started arriving, they were her passion.
Enid is predeceased by her husband Jim, her son Jim, her daughter in law Wendy, great granddaughter Zoey, her parents; Clint and Trevo and her brother Buck.
Enid is survived by her son Robert, daughter Patricia (Patrick), daughter in law Deb (Tom), her grandchildren; Heather (Dave), Erin (Aaron), Tracey (Curtis), Scott (Camille), Katherine (Sam) and Troy (Erin), Michael, Sydne and Richard; great grandchildren; Lauren, Morgan and Oliver as well as by her sister Myrth (Lane).
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at KBRH for their care and support and also thank the staff at Silver City Gardens for helping Mom maintain her independence for so many years.
A celebration of Enid’s life will be held at Carberry’s Chapel at Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services at 1298 Pine Avenue, Trail on Monday, March 18th at 10:30am. A reception will follow.
