October 7, 1923 - February 4, 2019
Rina passed away peacefully surrounded by family after suffering a stroke.
Born in Zoppala, San Giorgio della Richinvelda, Italy, Rina is predeceased by her husband Bruno, her daughter, Maria, and grandson, John Taylor. She is survived by her brother, Giuseppe Innocente, her children - Elida (Tom), Roberta (Larry - deceased), Emily, John (Jane) and David (Donna). She was a proud Nonna of 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Our Mother arrived in Trail from Italy in November 1951 with her 4 daughters ranging in age from 2 to 7 years. Rina was full of life and laughter, and she loved to dance and sing her Italian songs. We will truly miss her.
We want to thank all the staff at Columbia View Lodge for caring for her.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you celebrate her life with a glass of wine, a song and a dance.
A celebration of life will be held in the coming months. Al Grywacheski of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
