Was born on October 2, 1933 in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully with his family at his side on March 11, 2020.
He is predeceased by his sister Caroline, his brother Raymond and his parents.
George is survived by his children: Louise (Doug), Kenny (Micheline), Dale (Robyn) and Bruce, his 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, his sister Lil (Jack), brother Clarence (Marlene) and many nieces and nephews.
George was a mechanic for Trail Transit for many years. He loved his work and the staff all loved him back, even in retirement he was invited to the staff gatherings. He will be remembered as a chatty, happy and sweet guy.
