McQuary: Jack of Mountainside Village and a long time resident of Trail, passed away peacefully at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on October 11, 2010, with his family by his side. He was born November 1, 1919 in Estevan, SK.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Iona, his daughters Gloria (Alex) Denysuik and Judith (Andrew) Elliot, and twin sons Jim (Judy) McQuary) and Jerold (Judy) McQuary, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one brother Erle (Joan) McQuary. He was predeceased by his daughter Denise Higgins, 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
A memorial service will be held at the Beaver Valley Baptist Church on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Barry Rutherford officiating. Al Grywacheski of Personal Alternative Funeral Services “Carberry’s Chapel” is entrusted with arrangements.
