On May 9, 2016, our beautiful Mom passed away into the loving arms of Jesus at the age of 79. She was predeceased by her loving husband Walter in 2013. She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her children, Dean (Kerry-Ann); Chrissie (Brian); Gerry; Michelle (Brent); and Norman; and by her 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren who were her pride and joy; her sister Doreen and brother Richie and the rest of her extended family and many dear friends. Jackie poured her heart and soul into advocating for those with disabilities, leaving a strong legacy of service within the Community Living Society. A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held Wednesday, May 18, at 1:00 pm at Connaught Heights Pentecostal Assembly, 2201 Eighth Ave. New Westminster, BC. If so desired, donations may be made in memory of Jackie to Community Living Society.
