MALBERG: Jean of Fruitvale, BC passed away peacefully on October 13, 2011. She was born on April 26, 1921 in Invermere, BC. Jean will be sadly missed by her children; Eva O’Rourke, Lil (Delbert) Johnson, Nels (Lois), Gunnar (Shirley) and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. McCoid and the home support workers for the exceptional care they provided for Jean.
A Celebration of Jean’s life will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 1-3 pm at the Beaver Valley Manor at 24 Laurier Avenue, Fruitvale, BC. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
