It's with great sadness that we say goodbye to our mother, sister and friend, Jill Kenyon. She passed peacefully on March 30 surrounded by her loving family.
Jill was born near Rothwell England. She became a nurse where later she met a patient who became her husband, Graham. Together, they embraced their mutual adventurous spirits and embarked on an exciting life in Canada. After living in various places around the country they eventually established themselves in Rossland.
Jill thrived in her garden where she spent countless hours tending her beloved flowers and plants. She also had an unending passion for the ocean and never tired of surfside walks. Her life was always busy with travels throughout the world and camping trips exploring the backwoods of North America.
She often involved herself with charitable groups and selflessly gave her time to others all the while never denying her family the love and generosity she was known for.
She is survived by her daughter Heather(Jim) and son Andrew(Tina). She was predeceased by her husband Graham. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Doctors without Borders.
