Anderson, Jim (Jimmy) of Rossland passed away suddenly and the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on July 26, 2011. Jim was born on July 31, 1950 in Dauphin, Manitoba. He worked at Cominco for 35 years.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife Margie of 40 years, son; Dayle (Stephanie), grandsons; Gavin and Grayson, son; Michael (Heather Mcauley), grandchildren; Jacob and Mackenzie, Amber, daughter; Renee (David), grandson; Duane, granddaughter; Kiara, brother; Skipper Anderson, sister; Beverley Tomchuck, and numerous nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents Jack and Viola Anderson.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Jimmy’s name to the Sacred Heart Parish Hall, PO Box 1135, Rossland, BC V0G 1Y0.
A gathering of friends and relatives will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall, Rossland, BC. Al Grywacheski of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
