Joan passed away peacefully on Friday, September 14, 2012 with her family by her side at the age of 90.
She was the loving wife of Bill for 64 years. Joan was the cherished mother of Gordon (Leslie), Susan, Allan (Catharine) and the dear Nana of Lisa, Colin, Laura, and Steven.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and new friends at the apartment and will be dearly missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Trail United Church with Reverend Keith Simmonds, Celebrant. Jordan Wren of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
