Jon was born on July 3, 1984 in Trail, B.C and passed away suddenly on October 29, 2012 in Calgary. Jon is predeceased by his grandparents, George and Kay Ferguson and his grandfather Jack Moro. He leaves behind his parents, Dennis and Georgie; his sisters Katherine (Cole Davis), Brianna, Vicki; nieces Chyenne and Serena; grandmothers Mary Moro and Aurella Germaine (of Nova Scotia) and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jon loved working with computers, sailing and hiking. Jon also really enjoyed his time with the Sea Cadets. He especially looked forward to meeting new people who always became good friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Father Jim McHugh on Tuesday, November 20th at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Trail. Gwen Ziprick of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services ™ has been entrusted with the arrangements.
