It is with sadness we announce the passing of Joseph Phillip Hubert Hudon on March 10, 2013 at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital.

Joe was born on March 18, 1931 in Prince Albert, Sask. He was employed at Cominco for nearly 30 years and was a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Joe’s family was the joy of his life. His is survived by his devoted wife Kathleen, three children: Karen, Leslie and Michelle (Chris), his grandchildren: Sarah (Mike), Lindsay, Emily, Joseph, Elicia and Nicole, his great grandchildren: Holden, Grayce and Connor, his siblings: Marie, Simone (Ernie), Dorothy (Delmas) and sister-in-law Lorraine.

He is predeceased by his parents Phillipe and Honorine, his brothers Hector and Edward, and sister-in-law Marie.

A Christian Burial Service will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Father Jim McHugh, Celebrant. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Trail Branch #11. Bill Clark of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
